classical decorum, this turn-of-the-century cottage in
the Ocean Park District is not just a destination, it?s
an experience. Located directly across from Santa Monica
Beach, Ocean Park and close to everything else that
Santa Monica has to offer, you could not ask for a

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a
beautiful sun room with unobstructed views of the
pacific. Maintaining the integrity and feel of this
turn-of-the century home, the furnishings are chosen
accordingly, offering an eclectic mix of warm and
original pieces, and complimented with comfortable
mattresses and high thread count linens and towels. The
large living room offers a wonderful place to relax,
read a book or to watch one of your favorite HBO,
Cinemax or Showtime shows on the 47? flat screen TV.

A separate dinning room offers seating
for 4 with an expandable table to comfortably seat up to
8. The kitchen has everything you need including a
double door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and
microwave.

One of the main bedrooms offers ocean
views from the comfort of a queen size bed and has its
own bathroom with double vanity sinks, tub and shower.
The bedroom behind also has a queen size bed with its

shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are located in
what originally was the staff quarters which features a
fully functional kitchen and a very bright and very

beach/park and contains a trundle bed that can sleep one
or two people as needed. The two bedrooms in the staff
quarters share a second bathroom with double vanity
sinks, tub and shower.

designated parking spaces and a separate laundry room
with washer/dryer.
