This is a short term lease and the rate published is by the week. Discount for stays of five weeks or more! The duplex is a spacious, private 950 sq ft unit. Mininum is one week, there is no maximum, it will be based on availability.

It’s not an apartment building but a detached duplex for your privacy. It’s located near El Porto area of Manhattan Beach. Far from the crowded beaches of Santa Monica or Venice. For a non-touristy quaint and peaceful higher end beach neighborhood. If you’re in the area, come by and see the house and the neighborhood.

IT’S NOT SHARED!, the whole unit will be yours. Well suited for out of state working professionals or short term stays who desires a cozy, quiet, beach community.
