It is a single story home with a 2-car Garage. Wake up to the Hollywood sign every morning from the master suite with a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and skylights. There are no neighbors above or below the house the home sits at the highest point of the hill offering a lot of privacy. Peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle below in the city.Great place to entertain. It only takes 3-5minutes to reach Hollywood Blvd. and be in the restaurant and club sceneThere is a large deck with amazing views, in addition to the Holywood Sign, you will see Lake Hollywood, the Griffith Observatory and the city skyline.

The house is a couple of blocks from Runyan Canyon where you can jog or hike up and down the hill and maybe run into one of the many celebs that jog it regularly.

The new furniture is ” Green Wood” meaning no new trees have been cut down. The wood was actually purchased from 2 MGM backlot stages where they filmed The Wizard of Oz and Citizen Cane and many other Hollywood movies.
