This gorgeous 2-bedroom w/den (den can be utilized a 3rd bedroom) and sleeper sofa, 2-1/2 bath condo with a loft office is situated in Santa Monica’s most upscale neighborhood. Furnished in mid-century modern décor, this multi-level 2,000 sq. foot home is significantly larger than standard 2-bedroom condos. It’s so spacious, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Luxurious, plush white towels are in every bathroom. The kitchen’s filtered water spout means you don’t have to buy bottled water.

Two more patios decorated with beautiful plants are located off the main floor for outdoor dining or relaxing. Ample street parking is available and with the two parking permit passes you can park without time restrictions.

This amazing four bedroom, four bathroom beachhouse sits right on the beach just down from the famous 90210 beachhouse. Grab one of our bikes and cruise The Strand to world class shopping, dining and fun in the sun

This home Spanish contemporary has more style than you can shake a stick at. There is so many features it is hard to list them all. Master bedroom has a great looking Cal king bed at one end of the large ocean view room and a matching daybed at the other end both facing out the French doors looking at the ocean with spiral staircase to the roof bar from the master bedroom. The downstairs dayroom/bedroom has a day bed that can be two twin beds or one queen.
