We are an East Coast family who loves the mountains and absolutely fell in love with the serenity and quietness that Green Valley Lake has to offer. We moved to California a few years ago and were searching for a place that allowed us to make memories with our kids. Unlike the busy-ness of Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, Green Valley Lake had the best of both worlds in being secluded and quiet, as well as being close enough to drive to larger attractions within a short period of time.

We use this house for our own family many times month, so rest assure that we good care and are continuously updating and upgrading.

Our Christian faith is a major part of our life that defines who we are as people and as a family. We hope that you get as much enjoyment of this cabin , God’s creation, and spending time with others as we do!

So Much Better Than A Hotel

The property is centrally and conveniently located between Hollywood
and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles(about a mile or two from each).

The main house comes equipped with 2 king size bedrooms, 4 queen
size bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a
beautiful 1200 sq ft half enclosed deck with a half open-roof
private sundeck.

The house also comes equipped with a beautiful large living room,
formal dining room(with an 8 seat dining room table), and a laundry
facility.

The House is tastefully furnished with a vintage feel.(Wood floors
and high ceilings)
The rooms are tastefully furnished with, firm comfortable beds;
clean down comforters, sheets and towels.

Across the street there is a staffed park with basketball courts,
tennis courts, jungle gym, and a grass area with matured trees.

The guesthouse can be rented with the main house. It is a

I’m going to Greece for two weeks and am subletting my lovely apartment right by the beach (about 60 seconds walk to the sand) on the border of Venice and Santa Monica (best of both worlds), 1 bedroom + 1 full bath (sleeps 4) with Comfy King Size Bed, full-size futon, big screen TV, internet hookup & wifi, DVD and VHS players, full kitchen with kitchen wares for rent April 12-27. Rent for the whole time and pay only $85 per day — or rent for one week (the minimum) for 90 per day. Walk 100 paces to the West and you’re on the sand — at the north end of the Venice boardwalk, or go two blocks to the West and you’re at Chaya Venice — the best restaurant in the area. Also right near by, trendy Main St (two blocks), famous Exhale Yoga Studio (2 blocks) Sunday farmers market (6-7 blocks). You even get a free gated parking space (parking by the beach is typically $10 -$15). Only a $50 cleaning fee, and no taxes like at the hotels. The perfect Spring getaway.
