The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a large kitchen and a lovely bedroom with a sitting area. The apartment is located on a quiet block, but is in walking distance of restaurants, clubs, grocery stores, cleaners, Starbucks, Coffe Bean, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, The LaBrea Tar Pits, and The Grove Shopping Center.

The apartment is beautfully furnished and extremely clean. I would love to rent it out while I’m away to a responsible person. This apartment will definitley feel like a welcoming oasis in the midst of trendy Miracle Mile.

The apartment includes utitlites, cable, and wi-fi, zone parking is also available in the area. (I will provide a visitor pass) There is also a laundry room on site.
