If you are coming to Burbank for a vacation, to work, or visiting family, this is an amazing place to call home for the time you are in Los Angeles. This Private Home is located in the foothills above Glenoaks Boulevard in the Verdugo Mountains in a safe and beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a very comfortable slice of heaven. This is a one-of-a-kind experience.

Child(ren) and/or your dog are welcome. Mom/Dad Info: The Pool is 35′ and 5′ deep with steps at each end and attached jacuzzi. The pool area is not safety gated. Your littlest ones are at risk if they can open a door and waddle out to the open pool/spa in back yard area. Although there is a 4′ gate which separates two gardens areas which can be locked off, please know your child’s abilities or limitations.

Owners may be on property if in town working and may be staying at the back of the property–a separate bldg, separate entrance/exit, separate lives. We have a friendly 9 year old hound named Ears. He enjoys other dogs. Guests have no limitations with the gardens, pool or spa. Parking in a carport or on a very safe street.

7 min. to/from Burbank Airport; 5-10 minutes to ABC, NBC, CBS, Disney, Warner Bros, Universal, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon; 10 min. walk to Media District Mall with restaurants and cinemas; 15 min. walk to Metro Rail; 5 min. drive up the mountain to DeBall Golf Course/Driving Range (Golf Clubs available upon request); 17 min. to Downtown L.A. or Hollywood.
