Your private beach key gives you access to our exclusive private neighborhood beach with our own picnic tables, bathrooms, changing rooms, swingset and play equipment. The beach in this area is one of the best in Southern California, known for its great swimming, surfing and boogie-boarding and our own life guard.

The newly remodeled house has three bedroom. The Master bedroom has its own attached bathroom, king-size bed, and patio off French doors leading to lovely creek-side backyard. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a double sized bed. The house has DSL and wireless Internet access, jacuzzi bath tub, piano, and many other comforts of home.

This area is especially well-suited to those who want the feel of a small Midwestern town combined with the famous Malibu landscape and weather. Within a minute or two walk, there are two private neighborhood tennis courts, serenely nestled in the mountains.

The house is located in a friendly, comfortable, very safe family neighborhood. The back and front yards are fenced, making it safe and secure for those with young children. There’s a grocery store and Starbucks down the street, but at night, the stars take center stage; there are no street lights, and you’ll enjoy the true peaceful country feel, combined with sounds of the ocean off in the distance.

We have a wonderful backyard with huge trees and access to a private creek/creek bed behind the house, heavenly for kids and wonderful for relaxing around the barbeque. The yard has hammocks, swings, and a beautiful view. The home is open, spacious and comfortable, with tile and hardwood floors throughout, lending itself to wonderful family gatherings or quiet time off the grid for those in need of a real vacation!
