Malibu Beach Special Deals
The Malibu home is located across from Zuma Beach. It has four bedrooms around a central courtyard and is very private as it is located by itself at the end of a cul de sac across from a field and then PCH and then the Beach. You can see the beach from the front of the house but not from inside (well outside the bathroom window you can) as the house is very enclosed around the private outdoor courtyard. You can hear the waves from the beach in the master bedroom though if they are big. It is my home not a rental per se so is really nicely furnished with realfrench antiques (as opposed to rental) furniture and lovely dishes etc.
The master now has a French doors to the private outside garden and has a king bed and the marble bath shown with a shower with a glass ceiling to the sky.
There is a bedroom down the hall with a single and a bath with a large walk in shower and steam bath plus a very shallow tub for toddlers if desired. (I also have crib available for this room with the single)
The next bedroom has a loft with a queen bed and window (porthole)where my surfer son used to look at the waves. This room also has a single and trundle bed in it.
The other side of the house has a “surfer” den and an alcove with a door that has a king bed in it. The couch in this part of the haouse has a double hide a bed in it and the room is furnehed with for teens ro kids with a surf motif.
There is a full bath with shower on the side of the house with the den and washer and dryer- Fisher Pykel – very nice and new.
The kitchen has top notch appliances like a very quiet Bosch dishwasher and gas industrial range and stove, microwave/convection oven and a filtered water system for the ice maker and water dispenser for the refrigerator. Outside is a gas and charcoal barbeque- depending on your preference and a wrought iron couch and chairs with pillows for outdoor living. There are lovely fountians in the very private backyard and courtyard- ideal for outside living.
